1Where can I get the app?
The app is available for download from Google Play and the Apple App Store.
2Do I need to have the app installed if I want to reserve a space?
If you don't have the app we have another alternative in hand. You can book your time by texting parking space information and the time you want to reserve.
3Can I change or cancel a parking space reservation?
A parking reservation is non-refundable. However, up to 45 minutes before the reservation time, a booking can be rescheduled or assigned to another location.
4Can I add more time?
An active parking session can be extended through the app as long the extension does not exceed any city-mandated maximum time limits.
5How do I pay for parking?
You can add any of the following payment methods to your app profile: PayPal, credit card, or billing through your smartphone service provider.
6Do you offer any parking rate options?
The app offers regular rates, as well as monthly, daily, and special event rates. Options may vary depending on city-specific settings. Local details are viewable in the app.
7What happens if I am late for my scheduled parking time?
If you reserve a parking space, it is held empty for you for the entire time you specified. We guarantee that we will not give your spot away until the reserved session has expired.
8Do you cover vehicle damage while parking?
Most driver's insurance policies cover damage to parked vehicles. If you are uncertain of your coverage or deductibles, we recommend contacting your insurance company.
9What do I do if there is a car in my reserved space?
In the unlikely event your spot is occupied, contact us right away. If no agent is available, photograph the other car, book a new space, and save the receipt for reimbursement.
